Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Introduction

This Policy sets out the terms under which customers may request a return, refund, or exchange. All requests are subject to the conditions specified and applicable laws. The Company is committed to handling such cases fairly, transparently, and within reasonable timelines.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only within the specified period mentioned in this Policy.
  • Unboxing Video Required: For claims of missing items/damaged products, customers must provide a video showing the package being opened from its sealed state. Claims without such proof cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces crafted specifically to customer requirements.
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items purchased during special offers or clearance events.
  • Products altered or modified post-purchase at the customer’s request.

Such items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Window & Special Conditions

  • Customers may raise a return request within 2 days of delivery of the order.
  • Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional offers shall be eligible for refund only to the Nabhya Wallet.
  • Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without applying a coupon) are eligible for return, subject to the conditions outlined in this Policy.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Raise a return/exchange request within 2 days of delivery via My Orders on our website or by contacting support.
  • Share your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  • For missing items, provide a clear unboxing video showing the package opened from its sealed state.
  • Pack the item securely with original packaging, and tags intact, and follow the return instructions provided.
  • Once received and verified, eligible returns will be processed for refund, exchange, or wallet credit as per policy.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after items pass our quality check.
  • Eligible refunds go to the original payment method or the Nabhya Wallet (for promotional purchases).
  • COD orders: Refunds are credited digitally to the Nabhya Wallet or customer’s bank account; no cash refunds.
  • Processing takes 7–10 business days, subject to bank/payment timelines.
  • Customers are notified once the refund is completed.

Exchange Process

Criteria :

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Products must fall within the 5-days exchange window.
  • Custom orders, promotional offers, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Steps to Initiate Exchange:

  1. Raise a request via My Orders on the Nabhya Jewels website or contact customer support within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Provide order details, reason for exchange, and an unboxing video if claiming missing items; in case of issue/damage of the product, upload at least two images of the items.
  3. Choose whether you want an exchange for the same item or for a different size/color.
  4. Review all provided information and finalize your exchange request.
