This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the dispatch, transportation, and delivery of products purchased from Nabhya Jewels. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein. Our objective is to ensure that every customer receives their jewellery in a timely, secure, and reliable manner.

We are committed to transparency in our processes, safeguarding your purchase with trusted courier partners, and keeping you informed at each stage of delivery. This Policy is designed to protect your rights as a customer while clarifying our responsibilities as the seller.

Dispatch Timelines

When orders are processed and dispatched after being placed

  • Order Processing: All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces: For bespoke or personalized jewellery, processing may take up to 7–10 business days before dispatch.
  • Business Days: Processing and dispatch occur Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Dispatch Confirmation: Customers will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
  • Delays: While we strive to adhere to the stated timelines, unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, natural events, or high order volumes) may occasionally extend dispatch times. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.

Delivery Timelines and Shipping Charges

We ensure every order is delivered with care, clarity, and transparent shipping costs.

  • Within India:
    • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Available in select cities, delivered within 2–4 business days.
    • An additional ₹500 charge applies for express shipping.
  • International Orders:
    • We ship select products internationally.
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days, depending on destination.
    • Extended Timeline: Delivery may take up to 18–20 working days based on destination and customs clearance.
    • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout.
  • Custom-Made Pieces:
    • Crafted with care, dispatched within 15–20 working days.

Payment Note:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a ₹75 COD charge.
  • COD is not available for products valued above INR 20,000.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its journey from our atelier to your doorstep. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS/WhatsApp on your registered contact details. This link allows you to monitor the real-time status of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

  • Email Notification: A shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number and courier details.
  • SMS/WhatsApp Updates: Key delivery milestones will be shared through SMS for added convenience.
  • Tracking Link: Click the link provided to view the latest updates directly on the courier partner’s website.

Customers are encouraged to use the tracking details provided to stay informed about their delivery progress. In case of any delays or issues, our support team is available to assist.

Delays & Exceptions:

  • Unreachable/Incorrect Address: If the address is incomplete or inaccessible, delivery may be rescheduled or returned.
  • Unforeseen Events: Natural disruptions, strikes, or government restrictions may extend delivery timelines.
